If your wanting to order Surcoat, Cloak, or any kind of cloathing, and custom shields with emblem on ir, or cupthe sale will be final and can NOT gurantee money back if theres a problem please send it back and will see what we can do, but tell us what the problem is.

If you don't like what you see then don't buy or if you want something else please e-mail us with what you would like.

The things we will take back are the guild Books and Pictures or if you get lucky and someone wants to buy a Surcoat your size we can exchange them or something like that as long as its in good shape unless he don't mind.
